1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyPeson, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform to create or host Moments.
2. The MyPeson Service
MyPeson provides digital tools to help users craft and share emotional pages ("Moments") with others. We offer a Pay-Per-Heart model, meaning you only pay when you are ready to publish and share a Moment. We do not charge subscriptions.
3. User Responsibilities & Content Guidelines
MyPeson is built to foster human connection. As such, you agree NOT to use our platform to:
- Create or share content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory.
- Upload explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent imagery.
- Impersonate someone else or attempt to deceive the recipient of your Moment.
- Upload copyrighted material without permission.
We reserve the right to immediately take down any Moment and ban any account that violates these guidelines.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Because MyPeson delivers access to a digital product (the published Moment and its unique URL) immediately upon successful payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a Moment has been published.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents your Moment from displaying correctly, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MyPeson is provided "as is." We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to your Moments, although we strive for maximum uptime. We are not liable for emotional distress or disputes arising from the creation, sending, or receipt of a Moment.
