This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and handle your personal data when you use our website.

2. The Information We Collect

Content Data: The text, voice notes, and images you upload to create Moments.
Account Data: If you register, we collect your email address and basic profile information.
Recipient Data: The names and contact information you provide for the recipient (your "Peson") of your Moment.
Usage Data: Information about how you navigate and interact with our platform (e.g., page views, clicks) to help us improve the experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to deliver the MyPeson experience:

To generate, host, and display the Moments you create.
To provide AI-assisted ghostwriting features (note: content sent to our AI providers is not used by them to train public models).
To send you notifications regarding your Moments (e.g., view tracking).
To improve our platform, templates, and user experience.

We will never sell your personal data or the contents of your Moments to third parties.

4. Payment Processing

MyPeson operates on a Pay-Per-Heart model. All financial transactions are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store, process, or ever have access to your full credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

5. Data Deletion and Your Rights

If you have an account, you can delete it at any time, which will remove your identifying information and access to your Moments. If you wish to have specific Moments deleted or redacted from our servers entirely, please contact our support team.
